Please DO NOT go to the properties without an appointment. All Properties are available from the 1st July 2008, unless otherwise stated. All Tenants are subject to a £50 admin fee which will include deposit protection fee. Booking to view available student rooms will start week starting 18th February 2008, for viewings to start from 25th February 2008. |

Please Note: Rooms may only be secured by the payment of a deposit equal to one month's rental. Once a deposit has been accepted for a room this will only be returned at the end of the tenancy in accordance with the conditions of the tenancy agreement. Should the contract not commence for any reason imposed by the tenant we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid until such time as the room is re-let, provided that this is before the start of the agreed contract date. |
